We are  based in the Delaware County Pennsylvania. Like many other organizations P.I.R.O was founded by two friends, Brian Potts and Mark Hess, who have both had experiences with the paranormal. Our organization specializes in scientifically proving or disproving the existence of paranormal phenomena using the latest equipment available.

P.I.R.O will be available to conduct investigations from the Philadelphia metropolitan area to as far north as New Jersey, and New York to as far south as Delaware, and Maryland. We are able to handle any investigation given to us and will conduct ourselves in a professional manor with the needs of the client, our number one priority.
